What you'll do
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Ensure performance, phase, SOPs are met by outsourced agencies in their identified areas of operations
- Conduct quality checks for various processes such as consumer surveys, consumer indexing, meter installation
- Steer consumer interactions and enable quick resolutions of issues / grievances
- Go-Live of Smart Meters
