About the role
The incumbent at this position shall be responsible for Design Management for multiple projects while ensuring the designs are in adherence to master plans, manuals, project brief and business needs. The incumbent must align with the corporate development strategy on the real estate development, while assisting in running feasibility studies to support it.
What you'll do
- Overviewing Design Management for multiple projects
- Assisting Sr. Lead in Concept & Schematic design finalization
- Finalization of Approval packages, Design Development and Tender documentation
- Detailed review of design documentation to ensure adherence to design brief, Concept design, completeness, interfacing with other internal and external stakeholders
- Review specifications on technical and practical aspects
