About the role
Sell Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP) products for SEP and SENP customer segments. Plan and execute monthly and quarterly customer acquisition strategies to achieve and exceed regional business goals. Identify, onboard, and develop high-potential channel partners, DSAs, and connectors in line with business plans and organizational SOPs.
What you'll do
- Sell Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP) products for SEP and SENP customer segments
- Plan and execute monthly and quarterly customer acquisition strategies to achieve and exceed regional business goals
- Identify, onboard, and develop high-potential channel partners, DSAs, and connectors in line with business plans and organizational SOPs
- Manage, strengthen, and deepen relationships with DSA channels to drive sustainable business growth
- Monitor and manage the distribution network to ensure optimum productivity and market penetration
