What you'll do
- Review and approve property valuation reports for Home Loans, LAP, BLAP, Construction Finance, and other secured lending products
- Ensure technical due diligence of collateral properties, including title-linked technical checks, marketability assessment, and risk identification
- Evaluate deviations and provide recommendations in line with company policies, underwriting standards, and risk appetite
- Monitor quality, consistency, and accuracy of valuations conducted by empaneled valuation agencies and technical vendors
- Conduct technical appraisal of residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties as per company guidelines
