What you'll do
- Financial Modelling & Performance Tracking
- Build, update, and maintain cash flow models and business plans for portfolio assets in Argus and Excel to track actual performance against underwriting assumptions
- Analyse and monitor key financial metrics, cash flows, and return profiles to assess asset performance
- Work closely with investment and finance teams to integrate financial insights into strategic planning
- Manage the quarterly asset valuation process in collaboration with third-party valuers
