About the role
Candidate will assist in the investment processes at GV including financial modelling, market research, analysis and creation of market database and preparation of deal and fund level collateral.
What you'll do
- Support in curating financial modelling of prospective deals
- In-depth research/analysis of micro-market supply/demand, infrastructure development
- Creation of market database and tracking listed RE players in India and globally
- Assist the team on development of new strategies/products
- Prepare collateral for existing and new strategies
