- Manage end-to-end billing operations for Quick Commerce platforms, ensuring timely and accurate order processing
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Warehouse, Finance, and partner platform teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment and execution
- Monitor inventory levels and drive optimal product availability across dark stores to minimize stock-outs and maximize service levels
- Create, map, and maintain SKU listings across partner platforms, ensuring accurate product information and catalogue hygiene
- Track, investigate, and resolve operational issues related to orders, replenishment, returns, claims, and billing discrepancies
