Drive sales of Home Loans and other mortgage products through direct sourcing and channel partners. Meet customers at builder/developer project sites and provide end-to-end guidance on home loan products and financing solutions. Conduct marketing, lead generation, sales promotion, and brand-building activities to acquire new customers and expand market presence.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets in terms of sourcing, sanctions, and disbursements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, developers, real estate brokers, DSAs, connectors, and other sourcing channels
