- Define long-term category strategies aligned with business goals to ensure efficiency, standardization, and value creation
- Market Intelligence & Benchmarking
- Develop a robust market intelligence mechanism to track commodity trends, vendor performance, pricing indices, and geopolitical impacts
- Conduct benchmarking and rate analysis across geographies and competitors to identify optimization opportunities
