What you'll do
- Lead the end-to-end Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process for the plant, ensuring alignment with strategic and operational priorities
- Conduct comprehensive financial analyses for capex proposals and oversee effective working capital management
- Partner with cross-functional supply chain teams to drive digitization and automation of reporting, enabling better visibility and decision-making
- Implement and strengthen internal controls and compliances at the plant to ensure effective operations
- Ensuring statutory compliances, statutory audit and GST reconciliation and coordination with departments
