What you'll do
- MSA & Agency Governance
- Support governance and tracking of Master Service Agreements (MSAs) with media and creative agencies of record across India and Global business
- Monitor fee structures, rebate mechanisms (including minimum guarantee/malus clauses), and payment terms against contractual commitments
- Maintain agency compliance trackers, flag deviations, and support periodic audits
- Track and analyze A&P spend across brands, campaigns, and geographies against approved budgets
