- Assess integration of relevant innovations to create differentiation based on the micro market pain points
- Identify inefficiencies in the prevailing processes and working at project level (including sites) and approach the resolution through strategic project
- Assess cost benefit analysis of strategic project including the problems that it will solve to make a case to management for project funding
