About the role

To lead the technical support function for the animal feed business by providing scientific, nutritional, and farm management guidance to farmers, distributors, and sales teams, thereby improving animal productivity, farmer engagement, and feed sales growth.

What you'll do

• Technical Advisory & Farmer Support
• Provide technical guidance on cattle nutrition, feed usage, and herd management to farmers and channel partners
• Conduct farm visits and animal health/productivity assessments
• Support farmers in improving milk yield, feed conversion efficiency, and herd health
• Work closely with the sales team to support product positioning and farmer conversion
