About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled Officer - Data Support who will play a critical role in supporting the regulatory reporting and related daily operational deliverables. This role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on experience in MIS/Reporting, excellent analytical abilities, and the capability to handle daily issue resolution while guiding analysts with best practice.
What you'll do
- Manage the end-to-end reporting processes, including data extraction, transformation, and presentation
- Ensure overnight MIS jobs, and dashboards run successfully; troubleshoot failures in SQL/Python
- Interact with audit, compliance, regulatory, operations teams to clarify requests
- Effective management of business-critical support requests during late evenings / early mornings / holidays (beyond working hours)
- Hands-on debugging when issues arise in Python scripts, SQL queries, or dashboards
