What you'll do
- Responsible for accurate, timely processing and posting of both Purchase Order Based and Non-Purchase Order Based invoices
- Responsible for Suppliers Ledger Scrutiny, balance confirmation, reclassification, clearing & ageing
- Responsible for GRIR and Payable GL monitoring and control
- Maintaining control of advances paid, prepaid expenses and relevant automated process developed for the activity of prepaid expenses
- Responsible for Schedule preparation of ledgers relating to expenses and Vendors
