About the role
Pre-disbursement sample verification for checking authenticity of documents and profile. Post-disbursement activites like asset verification, EMI cash collection hygiene check. Any cases referred to FCU to be effectively investigated and closed on defined TAT Ongoing research and keeping abreast with the latest fraud trends and providing updates to various departments within the organization.
What you'll do
- Managing entire FCU activities for the assigned region
- Supervise risk control, Fraud Control (FCU/RCU), Investigations & Field Verifications activities in the assigned region
- Handling and monitoring of FCU agencies
- Ensuring that the risk of various processes being outsourced to DSAs & CPAs is mitigated
- Maintaining and sharing of MIS at approved intervals for every assigned activites
