Relationship Manager - Home Loans

About the role

Inform customers on credit decisions and provide guidance through the loan approval and disbursement process.

What you'll do

• Drive sales of Home Loans and related mortgage products through direct customer acquisition and channel relationships
• Conduct local marketing initiatives, sales promotion activities, and brand-building exercises to generate leads and increase market visibility
• Achieve monthly targets for sourcing, sanction, and disbursement of loan files
• Manage the complete loan process from customer acquisition to disbursement while ensuring a superior customer experience
• Coordinate with Credit, Legal, Technical, and Operations teams for seamless processing of loan applications
