What you'll do
- Drive sales of Home Loans and related mortgage products through direct customer acquisition and channel relationships
- Conduct local marketing initiatives, sales promotion activities, and brand-building exercises to generate leads and increase market visibility
- Achieve monthly targets for sourcing, sanction, and disbursement of loan files
- Manage the complete loan process from customer acquisition to disbursement while ensuring a superior customer experience
- Coordinate with Credit, Legal, Technical, and Operations teams for seamless processing of loan applications
