About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Logistics Executive to support end-to-end PAKS portfolio distribution planning, logistics operations, SAP coordination, reporting, and audit compliance activities. The role will be responsible for ensuring smooth stock movement across the supply chain network, maintaining system accuracy, driving warehouse operational excellence, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver superior customer service levels.
What you'll do
- Logistics Operations & Dispatch Planning
- Prepare and circulate daily GP Offer Files
- Execute dispatch planning based on regional sales forecasts and stock availability
- Support cross-region billing requirements and route code creation
- Coordinate with warehouses, CFAs, and transport teams to ensure timely dispatch execution
