About the role
The role is responsible for driving Supply Chain Excellence and strengthening S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) governance across Godrej Agrovet businesses. The incumbent will collaborate with Business Unit (BU) Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Sales, Finance, and Planning teams to improve planning maturity, operational visibility, process standardization, and overall supply chain performance.
What you'll do
- S&OP Governance & Planning
- Drive standardized S&OP / IBP processes across business units
- Collaborate with BU planning teams to improve forecast accuracy, supply planning discipline, and inventory visibility
- Facilitate periodic reviews on demand, supply, inventory, and service level performance
- Support business teams in resolving planning and operational challenges through structured problem-solving
