What you'll do
- Driving Site Reviews and Budgeting
- Facilitate smooth pay-outs to the contractors/vendors/PMCs by coordinating with Finance team as per need basis
- Devise the sequence of various activities to be conducted on site in coordination with key stakeholders (e.g. contractors/PMCs)
- Oversee all operational activities (MEP, Civil, planning etc.) on site are progressing line with the established project timelines
- Coordinate with design team at site to ensure that all GFC drawings are brought in as per the schedule
