About the role
The Expense and Reporting Specialist ensures all expense reports align with budgetary guidelines and firm policies, safeguard against fraud, and are processed in compliance with regulatory policies. This individual will assist with implementing and reviewing expense processes, while supporting the Management and Strategy team with critical reporting and data requests.

- Monitor and manage divisional sales budgets, tracking allocations, analyzing variances, and collaborating with leadership to optimize resource spend
