About the role

Trust & Safety team members are tasked with identifying and taking on the biggest problems that challenge the safety and integrity of our products. They use technical know-how, excellent problem-solving skills, user insights, and proactive communication to protect users and our partners from abuse across Google products like Search, Maps, Gmail, and Google Ads.

What you'll do

• Ideate and manage high impact projects which increase user safety, or improve user experience, in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders
• Perform investigative fraud and abuse analysis, producing actionable insights and recommendations
• Identify opportunities for new signals, automation, workflow improvements and operational efficiency gains. Subsequently drive solutions/projects to completion.…
• Perform on-call responsibilities on a rotating basis, including weekend coverage/holidays
• Work with sensitive content or situations and may be exposed to graphic, controversial, or upsetting topics or content
