What you'll do
- Lead technical due diligence assessments for potential new leased and colocation data center facilities across APAC
- Conduct comprehensive design document reviews (Basis of Design, detailed mechanical drawings, and P&ID) submitted by external A/E or colocation partners
- Review and approve equipment submittals, design development and mechanical studies (e.g., CFD, hydraulic analysis)
- Lead the field-side RFI process, identifying potential spatial or mechanical conflicts and providing immediate engineering solutions to avoid rework
- Own and manage the program and project level mechanical system issues regarding the system design
