About the role
As Director, Head of Offshore FP&A, you will lead the firm’s offshore FP&A center in Bangalore end to end – owning the quality, timeliness, and insight of the planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis delivered to onshore finance leadership.
What you'll do
- Offshore Team Leadership & Service Delivery
- Lead, motivate, and grow the offshore FP&A team – managers, team leads, financial analysts, and reporting and planning-systems specialists – setting team structure
- Own performance management, goal setting, coaching, and career development; build a culture of accountability, commercial curiosity, continuous learning, and inclusion
- Act as the primary offshore counterpart to the Head of FP&A and onshore finance leadership – defining and managing SLAs and KPIs
- Planning, Forecasting & Management Reporting
