HR Generalist Senior Manager - Kolkata

About the role

The Manager – HR Generalist is responsible for end-to-end people operations, employee experience, and site governance for the assigned location. This role serves as the People & Culture representative and single point of contact (SPOC) for all service lines operating from the site. This position collaborates closely with functional P&C BPs on matters relating to performance management, employee relations, organizational changes, and leadership support.

What you'll do

• Responsible for end-to-end people operations, employee experience, and site governance for the assigned location
• Lead and manage all HR activities at the site, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and functional standards
• Serve as the HR SPOC for all service lines present at the location
• Drive site-level priorities in collaboration with Facilities, IT, Compliance, and Communications teams
• Oversee end-to-end HR operational processes including Onboarding documentation, workforce administration, HRIS updates, and compliance requirements
