This role ensures operational excellence, data accuracy, and compliance, while contributing to continuous improvement and HR best practice.
What you'll do
- Support end-to-end employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, probation tracking, contract preparation, transfers, and offboarding
- Support the issuance of employment-related documentation within agreed SLAs
- Ensure accurate and timely updates to employee records across HRIS and internal systems
- Guide the implementation and continuous refinement of P&C operational processes, SOPs, and service standards
- Lead on maintaining consistent operational documentation, trackers, dashboards, and compliance files
