- Collaborating closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate complex technical, functional, and industry‑specific concepts into clear
- Coordinating content development workflows across onshore and offshore teams, ensuring timely delivery, consistent quality standards
- Partnering with the Readiness team to design and deliver training materials, playbooks
- Analyzing content performance and usage metrics, gathering qualitative and quantitative feedback from sales teams
