About the role
As a Data Collection and Analysis Specialist, you will be responsible for gathering data and information on specific topics or areas using a variety of channels and tools, including direct discussions, surveys, observations, and online research. You will leverage your expertise in data collection tools such as Qualtrics, Customer Voice, and internal applications to efficiently gather information from diverse sources.
What you'll do
- Utilize tools such as Qualtrics and Customer Voice to create and administer surveys for data collection
- Conduct direct discussions with stakeholders to gather insights and perspectives on the topic
- Perform observational research to gather firsthand information and observations
- Collect data from client documents, financial disclosures, and reputable online sources such as WSJ, NYT, etc
- Analyze the collected data to identify key trends, patterns, and insights
