German Payroll Processing Location: Bangalore Experience: 3 to 8 years Band: BPO 2/3 Job Code: 437315 Shift: 3 PM IST to 1 AM IST MUST HAVE 2 to 4 years of experience with payroll systems, payroll processing, and/or HRIS platforms (ADP, Paychex, Deel, SAP, Workday, or similar preferred). Collective agreements (Tarifverträge), wage types, and statutory benefits.
What you'll do
- Processing and reviewing/analysis of end-to-end payroll to completion
- Maintain employment records and individually handle HR related queries
- Review and validate timekeeping records, payroll adjustments, and employee changes
- Ensure accurate calculation of wages, overtime, bonuses, deductions, and taxes
- Maintain payroll records in compliance with required statutory and country/site regulations
