What you'll do
- Lead and manage proactive sourcing, outreach, and relationship-building to attract high-quality candidates/students to the university
- Support hiring goals through targeted recruitment campaigns, event participation, stakeholder collaboration, and data-driven strategies
- Screen applicants, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers
- Manage applicant tracking system (Workday) entries, maintain accurate recruitment metrics, and produce regular reports
- Conduct thorough screening (phone/video interviews) and present shortlists with assessment summaries
