About the role
We're looking for an Associate Product Manager to drive Recruit's product strategy and roadmap. You'll own core ATS features, define how AI enhances recruiter workflows, and work with engineering, design, and applied AI teams to ship capabilities that improve hiring outcomes. This is a hands-on role where you'll define product priorities, gather recruiter feedback, write clear requirements, and own delivery from discovery through launch.
What you'll do
- Product Strategy & Ownership
- Own the Recruit product roadmap—prioritizing features based on recruiter needs and business impact
- Write clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria grounded in user research and feedback
- Partner with engineering and design to translate requirements into shipped features
- Identify where AI can enhance recruiter workflows; evaluate opportunities based on impact, feasibility, and business value
