About the role
As an Associate Product Manager, you will play a key role in shaping our payroll product line — covering India payroll (our core, high-compliance market) and global payroll (Middle East, Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, and beyond), while also contributing to the adoption of AI across the product.
What you'll do
- Collaborate with users to gather feedback, identify needs, and refine existing and upcoming features across India payroll and global payroll
- Partner with cross-functional teams to gather market-specific statutory, compliance, and business requirements
- Document user personas, use cases, and business process flows for India and global payroll, ensuring alignment with product goals
- Work with designers to create intuitive, compliant, and user-friendly product experiences tailored to country-specific payroll processes
- Translate solutions into Epics and User Stories and prioritize tasks based on impact, urgency, and statutory/compliance timelines
