As we continue to scale, building a robust, transparent, and business-aligned Compensation & Benefits framework is critical to attracting, retaining, and motivating top talent. We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Compensation & Benefits leader to build and institutionalize a scalable Total Rewards function aligned with greytHR’s growth priorities.
What you'll do
- Lead compensation benchmarking, salary structures, and pay governance
- Build and manage job architecture, leveling, and salary bands
- Drive annual compensation review cycles including merit, promotions, and bonuses
- Design and manage sales compensation and variable pay frameworks
- Support ESOP and equity program governance
