About the role
Greytip Software is India’s largest cloud HR & Payroll software solutions company. We are looking for a Head of Learning & Development to lead and scale our learning ecosystem, drive structured skilling initiatives, and build a strong leadership pipeline across the organization. This role will be responsible for transitioning L&D from an execution-driven function to a strategic capability-building engine aligned with business priorities.
