About the role
We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own go-to-market strategy for a defined product area within greytHR's portfolio. This role will report to a Product Marketing leader and will work closely with Product, Sales, Digital Marketing, and Customer Success teams to plan and execute positioning, launches, and enablement that drive measurable business outcomes.
What you'll do
- Own positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for a defined product area
- Partner with Sales and Digital Marketing teams to ensure messaging translates into pipeline and adoption outcomes
- Own competitive intelligence for the assigned area, including regular updates based on field feedback
- Provide input into pricing and packaging decisions for the assigned product area
