About the role
the LBU client's support position; the person must support a product demo and question-solving session, and it is the major responsibility to support the LBU client's queries and concerns. The candidate has basic payroll and HRMS implementation experience. The candidate has handled a high volume of clients.
What you'll do
- Proactively building strong customer relationships
- Providing good knowledge and training on product features and its usage
- Customer escalations Handling. Various Implementation and modules implementation support
- Develop competence in the use of all the information systems used in the implementation of the application
- Ensure all project-related activities are completed to enable the organization to continuously track and improve the Implementation process
