About the role
The Education Specialist will provide academic and implementation leadership for large-scale school transformation programs in Odisha, strengthening the quality and scale of learning experiences across government secondary and upper-primary schools ( Grades 6–10 ).
What you'll do
- Learning Strategy, Academic Leadership & Program Quality
- Provide academic leadership to strengthen the quality, relevance, and scalability of learning experiences across the program
- Work with program and field teams to identify implementation challenges, academic needs, and responsive support strategies at district and state levels
- Use field insights, educator feedback, and program data to continuously refine curriculum, capacity building, and implementation approaches
- Align learning priorities with state educational strategies, academic calendars, and organizational learning frameworks
