What you'll do

• Curriculum Design & Pedagogical Vision
• Lead the iterative design of state-level curriculum and training materials aligned with project goals and evidence-based practices
• Collaborate with international and domestic teams to bring innovation and relevance to all materials
• Champion a design philosophy rooted in co-creation and field-responsiveness rather than top-down delivery
• Develop rigorous, visually clear, and scalable resources including facilitator guides, master trainer kits, and assessment tools
