About the role
This role leads Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) across GSK Technology. The role sets the enterprise practice, standards, controls, data-quality expectations and delivery discipline required to maintain trusted asset and configuration information across a largely outsourced, multi-sourced ecosystem.
What you'll do
- Practice Leadership & Governance
- Input to policies, standards; set control objectives, lifecycle rules, data ownership and RACI expectations; ensure accountabilities are clear across internal teams
- Hardware & Software Asset Management
- Establish reliable asset inventories, ownership, evidence and compliance reporting, including alignment between asset records and related Configuration Items
- For SAM, assure entitlement, deployment and consumption data and support licence compliance, audit and optimisation decisions
