About the role
We are looking for an Executive Search Coordinator to support the end-to-end delivery of leadership and executive searches. This role goes beyond traditional recruitment coordination. You will partner closely with Executive Search Leads to drive search execution, candidate and stakeholder experience, data accuracy, reporting, market intelligence, and process excellence .
What you'll do
- Executive Search Delivery & Project Management
- Coordinate multiple executive searches from initiation through closure, ensuring timelines and key milestones remain on track
- Manage complex interview scheduling across senior stakeholders, candidates, and global teams
- Maintain search trackers, candidate pipelines, reports, presentations, and other key deliverables
- Ensure timely and seamless communication between Executive Search Leads, stakeholders, and candidates
