About the role
The Manager, Hub - IP Coordinator provides operational and administrative support to the IP team, coordinating and tracking IP projects and IP-specific work, supporting IP data quality and management, and providing financial administration and reporting. The role has a particular focus on trade mark and patent processes and involves regular liaison with IP professional colleagues, external counsel and internal stakeholders
What you'll do
- Provide coordination and administrative support to the IP team across IP projects and ongoing activities, including tracking IP projects and IP-specific work
- Manage the Anaqua (IP Database) support mailbox, respond to queries from external counsel and suggest potential resolutions; undertake data cleansing, record reviews
- Produce information and reports from Anaqua for the IP team and other internal teams, maintain guidance for external counsel on database inputs
- Regularly monitor and update conflict watch lists using Corsearch
- Support external counsel onboarding and consolidation, including associated Third Party Risk Management processes, MSAs, matter numbers and Ascent requirements
