About the role
The Manager will support the effective stewardship of Haleon’s global patent portfolio by ensuring high standards of data integrity, deadline compliance, and operational accuracy across the patent lifecycle.
What you'll do
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date patent records across all jurisdictions, ensuring alignment with internal standards and external regulatory requirements
- Track, manage, and escalate statutory deadlines for renewals, annuities, filings, office actions, ownership updates, and other critical patent events
- Coordinate patent prosecution and maintenance activities with external counsel, ensuring timely submissions and error-free documentation
- Docketing & Data Integrity
- Manage entries in the patent docketing system (e.g., Anaqua), ensuring completeness, accuracy, and traceability of all patent-related actions
