About the role
The Manager, Hub - IP (Trademarks) will support Haleon’s global trademarks legal function by managing and coordinating trademark-related legal activities across the brand lifecycle.
What you'll do
- Trademark Portfolio, Clearance & Risk Assessment
- Support global trademark portfolio activities, including trademark clearance, filing coordination, prosecution tracking, renewals coordination and portfolio maintenance
- Conduct and coordinate preliminary trademark searches, screening reviews and availability assessments in collaboration with internal and external counsel
- Review, analyse and summarise trademark search reports, identifying potential legal or commercial risks for escalation to the relevant trademark attorney
- Review trademark watch notices and determine which results require escalation to the relevant trademark attorney
