About the role

What you'll do

• Acting as a talent advisor with hiring managers and leaders, to understand their business needs, develop effective recruitment strategies
• Be responsible for delivering on critical strategic recruitment mandates, including leadership and senior management roles
• Manage the full recruitment cycle for functions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management and hiring
• Coordinate the offer process aligned to the company rewards policy, including negotiating salaries and benefits with candidates
• Drive candidate engagement and a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
