About the role
As Head of Global Process Solutions , you will lead a team of GPOs responsible for defining, shaping and continuously improving critical HR processes across the employee lifecycle. You will set the direction for the team, drive a culture of continuous improvement, and ensure we are constantly challenging how work gets done.
What you'll do
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of Global Process Owners
- In collaboration with the Head of Global People Solutions Excellence, define the vision, strategy and roadmap for the GPO team
- Responsibility for ensuring execution - aligned to People Solutions priorities and business objectives
- Drive process simplification, standardisation and automation across the employee lifecycle
- Constructively challenge existing ways of working and proactively identify opportunities to improve service and employee experience
