About the role
We are seeking a Market Deployment & Adoption Manager to join the Delivery, Deployment & Adoption capability within Haleon's Commercial Digital Services organisation. Based in India, this role is responsible for leading the successful deployment, adoption, and value realization of digital products and capabilities across global markets.
What you'll do
- Deployment & Adoption Leadership
- Lead the deployment and adoption strategy for digital products and capabilities across multiple markets and business functions
- Partner with market stakeholders, Product Managers, Deployment Leads, and Value Assurance teams to develop and execute market-specific adoption plans
- Establish deployment governance, success measures, and escalation processes to proactively manage adoption risks and dependencies
- Ensure market readiness activities are completed successfully and aligned to deployment timelines, business priorities, and operational constraints
