What you'll do
- Support the delivery and execution of HR Controls across global services
- Support audit readiness, control execution, compliance monitoring and evidence management across People Solutions services
- Monitor service performance through KPIs, SLAs, NPS, dashboards, scorecards, quality reviews and trend analysis
- Identify service gaps, quality issues, process exceptions and operational risks, using evidence-based insight to recommend practical improvements
- Lead or support root cause analysis, ensuring findings are clearly documented, actions are agreed and lessons learned are shared
