About the role
We are seeking an experienced Modern Workplace and End User Computing professional to provide technical leadership across enterprise Endpoint Management services. The role will own and evolve capabilities across Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Windows, endpoint security, automation, application management and Digital Employee Experience, ensuring services remain secure, scalable and aligned with business needs.
What you'll do
- Own and evolve capabilities across Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Windows, endpoint security, automation, application management and Digital Employee Experience
- Manage global software distribution, Microsoft security updates, and standard desktop software deployments
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, operational reports, and executive-level reporting for endpoint compliance, software lifecycle management, device health
- Work with corporate security teams to identify, assess, and remediate endpoint security risks
- Meet with internal stakeholders to assess business needs, identify challenges, and define project scope and deliverables
