About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Software Engineer to join our Billing organization in Hyderabad, India as a full stack engineer responsible for implementing modern, cutting edge architectural patterns across the application stack. This hands - on role requires close collaboration with architects and engineering teams to deliver high quality solutions aligned with The Hartford’s technology roadmap.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain microservices supporting billing transactions, payment processing
- Conduct code reviews to ensure quality, test coverage, and adherence to engineering standards
- Design and develop modern, user centric UI components following frontend best practices and accessibility guidelines
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across multiple platforms built using Java, Angular, Oracle PL/ SQL , AWS, UNIX
- Develop and deploy solutions using AWS cloud services like AWS Lambda
